You can request account closure from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or by emailing support@winpkr.run. Your real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. Bonus balances are forfeited. Closure is processed within 48 hours of the request.
Deposits

WinPKR supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no hidden charges deducted by WinPKR on deposits.

No. WinPKR requires all deposits to be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the WinPKR account holder. Depositing from a third-party account — even a family member's — may result in a withdrawal hold pending verification. Always use your own registered payment accounts to avoid any complications.
Withdrawals

Log in to your WinPKR account, go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section, select Withdraw, enter the amount, and choose your payment method. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit. Confirm the details and submit — your request enters the processing queue immediately.

The minimum withdrawal amount on WinPKR is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing. The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are: an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been completed; a pending identity verification request on your account; a mismatch between your WinPKR account name and your payment account name; or unusually high withdrawal volume on the platform during peak hours.
